Information we collect
We collect the information you submit through audition and contact forms, including contact details, location, age bracket, creative experience, links and a headshot. For applicants under 18, guardian details and consent are required.
Why we use it
We use applicant information to administer auditions, review submissions, communicate decisions, protect the integrity of the process and meet legal obligations. Optional media consent is recorded separately.
Storage and retention
Applicant files are stored outside the public web directory. Applicant records and media are scheduled for deletion after 17 October 2027 unless another lawful basis and separate consent apply.
Your choices
You may ask the privacy controller to access, correct or delete your information. Contact details will be displayed here once configured by the administrator.
